The first shot is of me not flexing. Since I got a few injuries that interrupted my routine I didn’t post earlier but here are these which as I see now show a good bit of progress to last time. I’m actually lifting a bit less weight than before but adjusted to a higher speed, better technique and higher amount of reps. I’m not where I want to be yet for my fitness but definitely on my way there. Should be getting a lot more progress in the coming weeks since my workload will be a bit ridiculous again.
I’ll make another post in a few weeks when there’s more of a difference.
